KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Engineer Identity Management and Messaging to join our Global Technology organization.


  • Support operational infrastructure and deployment processes in the area of Identity Management
  • Lead in operational infrastructure escalations representing the Connected Enterprise team
  • Provide platform Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports, demonstrating health and performance
  • Support the on-boarding process for new services and applications, and provide ongoing support, making sure that the platforms and systems can support the application / business requirements


  • Minimum five years experience working with Identity Management technologies such as Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, Group Policy, Certificate Services, Domain Name System (DNS) in an Operations role; preferably from a large organization
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Prior working experience and knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and/or Skype for Business, LDAP Proxies, Customer Identity and Access Management
  • Strong operational Identity Management service/technology experience is required, preferably in a complex enterprise environment
  • Experience with Identity Management technologies such as Active Directory, ADFS, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, Certificate Services, and DNS
  • ITIL Certification is preferred, with strong working knowledge tools such as ServiceNow is a big plus
