We believe that our products developed for the oncology, orphan diseases, and critical care therapeutic areas will provide patient benefits relative to current products, such as: Improving patient experiences Enhancing treatment safety Reducing dosing errors Reducing drug volume and infusion times Speeding up or eliminating drug reconstitution Eagle Pharmaceuticals is currently seeking a highly qualified Director of Business Analytics & Forecasting to support our commercial organization decision-making through commercial analytics processes, delivering analytical and strategic insights into new product launch activities, product label expansion programs, new product development project selection and management and product acquisition opportunities. This individual will actively participate with commercial and financial planning efforts by providing objective in-depth analyses on current and future specialty markets; establish product forecast models; lead periodic revenue planning and forecasting activities; establish key metrics and track performance product launches; develop customer insights and competitor assessments. This individual will also analyze data to identify and define critical business issues and opportunities for growth, collaborate with external consultants and internal teams to build a strong understanding of the external markets the company operates in and may enter with new product offerings. Responsibilities: Proactively and continuously assess the relevant marketplaces and dynamics, customers and competitors to enable strategic decision-making regarding products and business operations. Create, manage, validate, and refine revenue forecasts in collaboration with Commercial and Finance leads. Develop and implement market research plans in all customer segments, including providers, payers, patients, caregivers, etc., in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support pre-launch and launch activities for lead and future indications. Collaborating with IT to build business intelligence infrastructure. Partner within appropriate cross-functional teams by providing strategic insights as well as in-depth product and marketplace knowledge to inform strategic decisions. Support the New Product Discovery team in assessment of new products and expansion indications. Provide analytical support to Corporate Development during due diligence for in-license opportunities and partnering activities. Continuously monitor public and private competitors and keep abreast of clinical, regulatory, commercial, and financial developments and their impact on the company. Contribute to cross-functional or other project teams, helping the overall business evolve, improve & excel. Deliver results in a timely manner with high levels of accuracy and objectivity Strive to exceed expectations and evolve processes Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as, US healthcare laws and regulations. Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: 7 years in specialty pharmaceutical companies or related experience in commercial related roles with at least 3 years in a commercial analytics leadership role. Previous experience in oncology highly desirable Bachelor s degree required. MBA or other related graduate-level degree preferred. Previous experience with leading teams, managing and developing high performingindividuals. Extensive experience with the following: Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with C-suite executives on a regular basis Proven track record for leadership, collaboration, teamwork and consistently exceeding qualitative and quantitative targets and goals. Development of excel based revenue forecast models. Leading and managing qualitative and quantitative primary market research with all segments of the healthcare system. Extensive experience in use and analysis of secondary data sources (e.g., IMS, IQVIA, Symphony Health Solutions, etc.). Building systems for tracking and evaluating market and competitive landscape.
